Frog
Sad but true - I am thrilled to see a frog these days. That's how uncommon they are. This little fellow was in a little puddle left on the trail, created when trucks drove through the mud and water accumulated there. I don't know how long he'll last, as that trail gets pretty dry in the summer. I hope he survives.
As you may know, amphibians the world over are facing challenging times.
